该浆适用于高弹力面料上的发泡印花。

它的弹性、抗破裂和扭曲性特强，其整体性能的综合优良指数均超于上述的CH-108发泡浆

 

This foaming paste has multiple foaming effect. The integral choiceness indexes of its whole performance exceed the above mentioned original foam paste CH-108 .

 

 

1)发泡印花时，发泡浆内适量掺入的透明浆，可以增强牢度和弹性，发泡浆内适量掺入白胶浆可以增强遮盖力。用于弹力面料印花时，先用透明浆打底，再印发泡浆，能有效的减少断裂现象。

2)根据对发泡高度不同的要求，掺入相适应的白胶浆和透明浆来调整发泡高度

3)建议：发泡温度130℃±10℃，时间8秒左右为佳。

建议：如同本公司的AA级高弹性胶浆配伍使用，它的弹性、抗破裂和扭曲的总体性能会更好。

 

A: For the high-elastic fabric, be better to apply transparent to render prior to applying the foam paste. This will enable no crack happen under the heavy tensile strength.

B: Different Foaming effect needed, add proper percentage white paste and transparent paste .

C: To hot-press at 130℃±10℃ for 8 seconds after printing.

Suggestion:Add Super High Elastic Paste  AA to get a better effect.
